Lieutenant Marquand Shepard, joined the
department in 1992. He has an Assoc.
Degree in Management. He holds a Basic
Firefighter and an Intermediate Instructor with
the TCFP as well as a TDH Licensed
Paramedic.
As Lieutenant of B shift  he is in charge of day
to day operations as well as being the PIO
and in charge of all public relation and
human resource information for the
department.
